Online & Hardcopy Forms

The following forms can be completed and submitted online (no printing or mailing of forms is required):

Administrative

• Ask a question about VPC
• Submit an Email/Telephone/Address Change to the Church Office
• Submit a Prayer Request
• Calendar Scheduling Request (Event or Room Reservation)
• Make a Request for an Announcement in the Sunday Bulletin

Sign-up/Registration

You do not need to "register with the VPC website" in order to sign-up or register for a class or event (that is, you do not need a website username/password).

• Register your child(ren) to be Baptised at VPC  (Read about Baptisms)
• Apply to become a Small Group Leader
• Sign-up for the Marriage Preparation Classes  (Read about the classes)
• Sign-up for the next Dine with 9 Session  (Read about Dine with 9)
• Register for the Passages Support Group (Read about Passages)
• Register with the VPC Website (obtain a username/password to enable
   viewing of pages within the password-protected area.)

Financial

• 2012 Pledge Card

Other

• Provide website feedback on your browsing experience directly to the web team

These forms are to be printed, completed offline, and returned to the church or other point-of-contact as stated on the form.  Be sure to follow all instructions provided on the form.
