• Tell us the date(s) you want your announcement to appear in the bulletin.
• Announcements will normally run for up to two weeks; a request for more than two weeks is
    subject to space availability.

• Please limit to 35-45 words; if greater than 45 words you may be requested to shorten it.
• Provide the event description, date/time/room, and contact information.
