Our mission at Vienna Presbyterian Church (VPC) is Becoming Like Christ Together For the World. Choosing to become a member is choosing to join us on this journey as we look to God to change us, so that we can in turn change the world. By identifying with our particular body of believers in Vienna, Virginia, you identify with our mission of becoming like Christ together for the world. People who join VPC are more connected to this community, and grow closer to God and others as we fulfill our mission. The primary requirement is that you profess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. If you aren’t there yet, that is fine, you are welcome to fully participate at VPC until you are ready. We are excited about what God is doing here at VPC and we want you to join us in this mission!
Three times a year we offer New Member Lunches where you will hear from Pastor Pete James about why he thinks you should be a part of VPC—what makes VPC unique and special—and how you can be a part of something exciting. If after this luncheon you decide you would like to join VPC, you may. At that point you will sign up for our Invitation to the Journey Class or for one-on-one coaching to find your unique place in our church.
