First Steps for the Journey at VPC

One of the great things about VPC is that it can be as big or as small as you make it.  It may feel intimidating at first, but follow these steps and you will find yourself getting connected in no time!  The opportunities listed below serve as the compass for finding your path on the spiritual journey at VPC.

Step 1: Let us know who you are

We want to help you become connected here at VPC.  Letting us know who you are and how we can help you is the fastest way to find your way around!  Two easy ways to do that are to fill out the Friendship Pad in worship on Sunday or to visit the Welcome Center.

Step 2: Connect Here

Visit our Connect Here table in the lobby on Sunday morning.  We can help you connect to a group where you can learn and serve with others at VPC!  We want to make it as easy as possible for you to begin to live into our mission statement “Becoming like Christ Together for the World.”

Step 3: Find out more, and even join VPC

The Invitation to the Journey Class is a three-week “VPC 101” that explores our mission statement “Becoming like Christ Together for the World.”  This class, taught by our pastors, is an excellent way to get to know others at VPC and to help you connect your interests and personality with our discipleship opportunities.  It is also one of the steps toward membership at VPC.  See the schedule below.
