  over the internet.
• PayPal helps protect your credit card information with
  industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
• VPC has successfully used PayPal for online payments
  for a number of years; this is not a new process.
• There is no cost to you to make a credit card charge.
• PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
  and Discover.
• To view your shopping cart or to make a payment, you
  will leave the VPC website and be transferred to the
  PayPal site.  You will always be returned to the VPC
  site upon completion of your transaction.
• You do NOT need a PayPal account to make credit card
  charges.  If you already have an account, you will
  logon to PayPal and use the information stored in your
  account.  Otherwise you can enter your credit card
  information for a one-time charge, or you can open a
  PayPal account and save your credit card information
  for future purchases.
• You will receive an email directly from PayPal that
  confirms the charge to your credit card.
