Letter to Potential Leaders
Dear Potential Leader,
Thank you for inquiring about being a small group leader at Vienna Presbyterian Church. This is a very exciting time for our congregation as small groups become a more essential tool in allowing us to realize our vision of being a disciple-making community. We invite you to pray about this very important opportunity to serve.
For years small groups at VPC have been touching the lives of many people with God's love. But the fact that we are such a large church makes it essential to have a coordinated strategy and structure for continuing to assimilate new people into the life of our congregation so that they can continue their progress in their personal journey and share that journey with others in community.
In order to provide quality small groups for the congregation, I will be training and equipping existing and potential small group leaders through the most comprehensive five-week leadership training program ever offered at VPC. I think you will find this training not only valuable to your skills as a small group leader but also as a disciple of Christ.
Please take time to download, fill out, and submit the small group leader application to Deb Crumbliss. This is important for us to get to know you better.
