Small Groups - Sharing the Journey

Small groups are made up of four to twelve people who want to connect with God, with others, and with God’s work in the world.  Small groups learn together, pray together, play together and serve together.  They are also one of the key ways that our congregation experiences the care and love of God.  Small Groups are a critical tool to help us as we become like Christ together for the world.

We invite you to consider joining a small group that meets your needs, whether one for men, women, couples, families, or those who want to do service together.

Since life is meant to be a shared journey of learning to follow Jesus, we invite everyone in the church to participate in a small group.  For more information, contact Shannon Jordan at 703-938-9050, x123, or email smallgroups(at)viennapres.org.

On Sunday, October 4, at noon in the Great Hall come for lunch and the opportunity to find out about open small groups and form new small groups.
“Growing Your Soul” is a nine month journey seeking further transformation into the image of Christ. Designed to deepen your communion with God, these groups are for people who are hungry for more of God and more of God’s purposes in their lives.
Sometimes life gets bumpy. At times like these, it can be beneficial to join with others to talk, pray and care for each other. With guidance, healing can begin.
Women in the VPC community meet the first week of each month (morning, afternoon or evening) for Bible study, fellowship, and service/mission opportunities. Women’s circles are always open to new members.
Small Group Leaders facilitate others in their study of the Gospel. Learn more about becoming a Small Group Leader.
