To become aware of how particular spiritual streams have shaped us in the past, which ones are presently meaningful and life-giving for us, and by which ones God may draw us in the future. PURPOSES: To recognize our gifts and abilities and also our weaknesses, disordered passions and besetting sins. To bring the entirety of our lives before the Lord for healing, mending and growth towards wholeness.

PURPOSES: To intentionally make space in our lives for God through experiences, practices and relationships that deepen our communion and further our transformation. To commit ourselves to a personally designed Rule for Life of particular spiritual disciplines which are life-giving at this time of our lives.
