Women's Bible Studies
Regular reading of the Bible is a spiritual discipline that can support your journey to hear what God has to say first-hand and to gain greater understanding of His will for your life. Studying and praying with others provides support as you endeavor to begin or stay on track in your spiritual journey. All groups welcome new members.

Amos and Hosea: Boundaries, Tough Love, Amazing Grace
Join us for this 8 week study which will challenge us to join the prophets in being boundary-crossers; to cross the boundary between religion and politics, or the boundary between "us" and "them". The messages in Amos and Hosea are surely relevant for a society such as ours, divided on issues of theology, politics, economics, government, and morality. We need to hear about God’s tough love and amazing grace which are extended by the Lord to a people who have often broken the divine heart.

The registration form may also be printed and returned to the church. The cost of materials is $20 and there is childcare with advance registration for $15 per child, max of $30 a family. There are scholarships available.

Beth Moore’s Esther: It’s Tough Being a Woman!
Join us in an in-depth and very personal examination of this great story of threat and deliverance. Beth Moore peels back the layers of history and shows how very contemporary and applicable the story of Esther is to our lives. If you've ever felt inadequate, threatened, or pushed into situations that seemed overpowering, this is the study for you. Just as it was tough being a woman in Esther's day, it's tough today. This portion of God's Word contains treasures to aid us in our hurried, harried, and pressured lives.

Friday Morning Bible Study

Each week we gather for coffee and prayer and to discover the meaning of God's word in our lives. This group is open to all VPC members, friends, and seekers. No prior Bible study experience is needed. Come and join us as we share and learn together!
