Whether an individual or an entire family needs support, the VPC community offers a variety of ministries that can help. We have teams that are committed to assisting individuals and families with meal preparation, household maintenance, visitation, one-on-one care and support groups. Road to Renewal Prayer Ministry: Renewing Prayer relies on Jesus to replace emotional pain in our lives with His perfect peace. It is about inviting prayer recipients to have a personal, transforming, renewing encounter with the Lord Jesus.
Stephen Ministers offer confidential, one-on-one care for people going through all types of crisis. They can offer a listening ear in a distinctively Christian way to people with all types of spiritual and emotional needs.
Homebound? In the hospital? The Deacons Visitation team can arrange a personal visit to provide comfort and companionship.
If you are experiencing a situation which makes it difficult to keep up with basic home maintenance tasks, short term assistance may be provided by the Neighbor-to-Neighbor Ministry.
CCC supports newly diagnosed cancer patients. Trained volunteers call or visit individuals in that time between initial diagnosis and entering the care of experienced healthcare staff.
NewSpring educates and informs our community about sexual abuse and offers resources for hope and healing.
