Club 56 Registration

Please Note:  In addition to the registration below, your child must also have a Medical Information and Release Form, for the current school year, on file with Children's Ministries.  Only one Release form is required per child, even if registering for multiple activities.  You will have the opportunity to complete this form online after submitting the registration below.

Please register each child separately;
complete all fields; then click Submit.
 

Parent Opt-In for Media Purposes:  Staff and volunteers of the VPC Children’s Ministries often take pictures of various programs and activities for promotional publications within the church, including the worship bulletin, website, screens and newsletters.  (We will never identify the children by name in the photos.)

Please note:  VPC does not control the disclosure or use of photographs or video taken by participants at events that are open to parents and community members. We encourage all parents to use social media sites (i.e. Facebook, etc.) responsibly.
