Sacraments Class
The next Sacraments class will be offered in 2014.
The Sacraments class provides parents and their children with instruction on baptism and communion, and is a great opportunity for parents to talk to their children about their readiness to participate in the sacraments. The class is a series of four sessions, offered once a year in early spring, culminating in the baptism of those wishing it and participation in many of the children’s first Communion with the congregation. These classes are for 3rd through 6th graders and their parents.
In 2012, children, grouped by grade level, explored the meaning of the Sacraments, while their parents attended a separate class where they learned ways to nourish their children's and family’s commitment to Christian beliefs and Sacraments.
