The F.R.O.G. (Fully Rely On God) Pond, aka the Children’s Ministries Library, is designed with children in mind – low shelves, lily pad seating, cushions and a pond-theme rug – and is open to all children and their parents 8:50-12:00pm on Sunday mornings.
There are book and video choices for families or teachers including subject-related material for Sunday staff. The library can also be used by classes to listen to audio or watch visual resources.
New library carts in the preschool wing and nursery provide easy access to additional library materials. These can be checked out at the carts.
You can now donate a book to The Pond in honor of your child (or grandchild). Just drop by Grapevine Bookstore and choose any children's book. When you go to check out, let them know the book is for donation. They will provide you with a special bookplate you can complete with your details. Then, either leave the book with the bookstore or present it to the library in person. Questions? Please contact Dawn Geschiere.
