VBS and Summer Camp
General Information
Registrations are now being accepted for 2012 Vacation Bible School (VBS) and summer camp sessions. The schedule is presented below.
- All registration and most release forms, as well as payment of camp fees, are now made online. There is only one release form (for Meadowkirk Camp) that will have to be mailed to the church.
- A separate registration is required for each child, for each session he/she is to attend. The forms for each session are different, so be sure to complete and submit the forms for the proper session(s).
- Once you have submitted all registrations and release forms, you will be asked to charge the registration fees to a major credit card using the secure PayPal system. Read more information about using PayPal.
- The registration deadline is shown with the description for each camp. Please register early; space is limited.
- Financial assistance, or scholarships, are available; see the Children's Ministries Scholarship Policy and Application Form.
- Camp Refund Policy - We're happy to refund cancellations in full up until the camp registration deadline. As almost all the costs cover equipment and supplies, we're not able to refund any fees after that date. The deadline for each camp can be found in the camp descriptions below. Thanks for your understanding.
- Payment Only. If you have previously submitted all required registration and release forms, you may proceed directly to the online payment page. This is not for new registrations.
