Preschool Inclement Weather Policy

VPCP follows Fairfax County Public Schools inclement weather policy.

  • If the schools are closed, so is the preschool.
  • If the schools have a one- or two-hour delay, VPCP will open at 10:00 am.
  • If the schools close early, VPCP will close on schedule at noon.

NOTE: For New Family Registration Day on January 25, 2012 ONLY.
If Fairfax County Public Schools are closed or have a two-hour delay, registration will be postponed until the next business day that Fairfax County Public Schools open on time.
