    Our choirs, orchestra, brass and strings—over 165 musicians in all—presented a delightful traditional Christmas program, which included opportunities for those in attendance to sing well-loved Christmas carols.  Listen to this performance and share in the beauty and wonder that is Christmas.

    This Advent kickoff on November 27 and 28 was performed by a newly formed select women's chorus of singers, largely from our youth choir.  The entire program was accompanied by renowned harpist, Holly Avesian.

  • Summer Baroque Recital  (July 25, 2010)

  • US Army Chorus and Orchestra  (Sat, Jan 16, 2010)

  • Haydn Concert Series: Vienna Choral Society  (Sat, Mar 21, 2009)

    Listen to the second of three concerts in a series featuring the music of Joseph Haydn.  This performance was a commemoration of the 200th anniversary of the death of Franz Joseph Haydn (1732-1809).  Danielle Talamantes was featured at this concert.  View the concert program.

  • Cathedral Brass & Friends Concert  (Sun, Mar 8, 2009)

    Listen to the concert for brass, organ, and percussion presented by the Cathedral Brass -- everything from gospel, to classical and hymn tunes to popular was presented.  It was an interesting program that had something for everyone.

  • Haydn Concert Series:  Ensemble Gaudior (Feb 21, 2009)

    The VPC Music Ministries held the first of three concerts in a series featuring the music of Joseph Haydn performed by Ensemble Gaudior, a chamber ensemble featuring the talent of VPC member Alexandra McCracken.

  • US Army Chorus in Concert (Feb 6, 2009)

    The concert was held in the VPC Sanctuary, in honor of our WWII veterans.  The concert was conducted by the legendary Washingtonian conductor, Norman Scribner, and was held in coordination with Historic Vienna and the Freeman Store & Museum's ongoing World War II exhibit.  View the concert program.

  • Glorious Sounds of Christmas (Dec 21, 2008)

    The Glorious Sounds of Christmas is one of VPC's biggest concerts of the year.  The December 2008 event was the 12th consecutive year it has been offered to the community at large.  You may listen to an audio recording of this fabulous concert.

  • Organ Spectacular (Oct 19, 2008)

    Five organ recilists celebrate the International Year of the Pipe Organ at a VPC concert... one of many held simultaneously around the US to celebrate the instrument.  The concert is broken into two separate recordings:

  • Concert for Peace (Sep 28, 2008)

    This service, lead by the Sanctuary Choir, soloists and others from VPC's missions projects, presented a message of peace.  The prayerful service included Minutes for Witness from VPC-supported ministries around the world, interwoven with beautiful music.  You may listen to an audio recording of this Concert for Peace.
