Edmonton, Canada
14 VPC high school students travel to Canada to help renovate a 98 year old school building. Read more.
The Pittsburgh Project
From July 18-22, 35 middle school students and 10 adults participated in an annual and beloved SMP to The Pittsburgh Project to join them in their mission of bearing witness to God’s great love through home repair mission. Read more.
Local Missions Week
Twenty high school students and six adults have been participating with Local Missions Week July 25 -29. The students are running a summer morning camp for the families who live in an apartment complex adjacent to Cunningham Park Elementary. Read more.
ReCreation Experiences
19 high school students traveled to Asheville, NC to join the organization, ReCreation Experiences in its work of repairing homes for the poor and elderly. They spent the first work day finishing a new roof for an elderly couple, Tony and Frances. Tony and Frances love the Lord and shared wonderful advice for life with us. Read more.
VBS at Meadowkirk
Rising 4th through rising 7th graders attended Meadowkirk Camp last month. Bible adventures, exciting games, crafts, engaging music and a gorgeous swimming pool party were enjoyed by all. Read more.
Vacation Bible School!
What do you get when you combine over 300 children, 120+ volunteers, and a whole lot of bamboo inside VPC in the heat of summer? Pandemonium, you say? No, it was PANDA-MANIA! July 11-15 was VPC's super successful Vacation Bible School experience. Read more and see pictures.
Fun in the Son!
Ten young women converged on Jekyll Island, Georgia, with about 5,000 other high school students for the "Fun in the Son" Youth Conference. The event is a place where the Gospel is presented through music, speaking and creative arts, and most importantly, through the relationship students experience with their leaders. Read more.
New York, New York!
Ministries in the North Country (MINC), operated by the Presbytery of Northern NY, has two clusters that include 11 churches, all but one with membership well below 100 members. Through the Rural Rehab Program during the summer building season, visiting work groups of more than 2000 volunteer workers helped about 350 North Country families. Read more and see more photos.
Students Gone Wild!

VPC's Budding Artists
This summer's Art Camp theme (Jun 22-24) was Heroes of the Bible. We had 48 children, ranging from rising Kindergarteners to rising 5th grade, and 6 adults and 7 youth volunteers. We read books geared for children detailing the hero’s feats and created works of art to bring the stories to life. Read more and see more photos.

Message from Haiti SMP
We are all doing very well!! We're hot, tired and extremely sweaty and dirty each day, but are accomplishing so much in refurbishing the Rehab Clinic and starting a home for a person who lost all in the earthquake. Each day out young people come back glad to be doing His service for His people in Haiti.
We've been conducting Bible Schools and sports ministry each afternoon. The reality of the distress in this country hit us hard the first day of Bible School. We went to a "Tent City"...read more and see more photos.
