Room/Setup Requirements

      (For VPC events only; non-VPC groups must furnish their own projector/laptop.)

Note: If a tech staff member is required, the fee is $75 for 2 hours, and then $25 for each hour after the first 2 hours (15 minutes beyond the first 2 hours equates to another hour).

Childcare
Please note that childcare through age 6 can be provided for SOME VPC church-sponsored events. If you would like to have childcare for this event, you must contact Elaine Wright at 703-938-9080 x351 or childcare@viennapres.org at least two weeks in advance to see if it can be provided.
