Instructions
VPC Newsletters are provided in PDF format so that you may read them online or download them to your computer. These online newsletters are provided in color. If you need further help accessing the newsletter files, please see our Site Help webpage.
To read or download a newsletter, follow these instructions:
- To read a newsletter online, simply left-click on the issue you wish to read. It will open in a new browser window.
- To download a newsletter, right-click on the issue that you wish to download. A dialog box will open, from which you must select the option that reads "Save Link As..." (Mozilla Firefox) or "Save Target As..." (Windows Internet Explorer and Netscape). Note that the wording of this option may vary in other internet browsers or in different versions of the browsers listed. Next you must provide a folder location on your computer where you want the PDF file to be downloaded.
