Serving creatively is something we do in response to God's great love for us as his people. He has gifted each of us uniquely so that we may not only prosper in our own lives and careers, but so that we can use these gifts to further his kingdom here on earth. Serving creatively is being the God-created you out in your real life, 24/7, in your family, your job and your neighborhood.
Often ministry team leaders seek individuals to contribute time and talents to a project or program within their ministry or missions area. And though we may refer to these as "volunteer opportunities," try to avoid the worldly view of volunteering, where you give your time to some church task. Instead, we invite you to consider that everything we have, time, talent and treasure, is on loan to us from God and that we are called to return them or invest them for his glory. We want to help you discover where you can serve with purpose and joy.
Check out "Find Your SHAPE" to discover more about how God has uniquely created you for service.
Throughout the site, ministry areas list their own volunteer jobs. All of these lists are consolidated on the Volunteer Listings.
