Regular reading of the Bible is a spiritual discipline that can support your journey to hear what God has to say first-hand and to gain greater understanding of His will for your life.  Studying and praying with others provides support as you endeavor to begin or stay on track in your spiritual journey.  All groups welcome new members.

Childcare is provided by reservation only for the studies that meet at the church.  Please make your reservation as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before an event.  Call 703-938-9050, x351.

Les Miserables, Adjustment Bureau, Book of Eli and Viewers Choice

Two times to study:

  • The Monday Evening Class is a small group with women of all ages and stages, incorporating conversation and group discussion into the lesson. 
  • The Tuesday Morning Class has women of all ages and stages of their spiritual walk and incorporates fun and community into study!  This very practical study has both large and small group aspects with some homework.  There is childcare with advance registration for $25 per child.

Tuesday Evening Bible Study

Tuesdays, 7:00-9:00 pm, Room 108.

Doo-be, do BE.  This group is studying disciplines for a balanced spiritual life using Richard Foster's "Celebration of Discipline".  This study runs through June 4.  The study offers avenues of personal examination and change to help one shed superficial habits and "bring the abundance of God into our lives".  Pre-registration was required.  Contact Dee Fallavollita (see below) for more information.

Friday Morning Bible Study

Fridays, 9:30-11:00 am, in the home of Donna Hall

Each week we gather for coffee and prayer and to discover the meaning of God's word in our lives.  This group is open to all VPC members, friends, and seekers.  No prior Bible study experience is needed.  Come and join us as we share and learn together!
