Fall Series Begins Sunday 9/13: Sharing Our Faith

Sharing our faith is a central element of Christianity. Although we know that we are called to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19) and to be Jesus’s witnesses “to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8), most of us feel uncomfortable and even unequipped to do so. This fall in Perspectives, we will explore why sharing our faith matters and how we can do it faithfully and effectively. Before we can share our faith with others, however, we need a clear understanding of what we believe and why we believe it. Based on works by N.T. Wright, Tim Keller, and other authors, this series draws on ancient Christian traditions of spiritual formation, prepares us to confront confusion and misconceptions about Christian faith in today’s culture, and suggests practical ways for us to invite and love others into the kingdom of heaven.
