As the Next Gen Administrative Assistant on the Outreach team, Rachel brings her joy and laughter to the Youth and Children’s Ministry teams, helping them execute their vision to engage people in spiritual growth. With over ten years of experience in project management, Rachel is skilled at understanding team needs and facilitating action plans to complete tasks. Rachel grew up in the suburbs of NYC, in Connecticut, and moved to northern Virginia to attend George Mason University and has never left.  When she’s away from her computer, she is spending time with her family, usually outdoors and chasing around their two little boys.
