Carry the Word Community Gathering

Participating in the Carry the Word devotional this summer? As we carry Scripture into the rhythms of everyday life, we’re also gathering a few times to share what we’re noticing along the way. These simple conversations will offer an opportunity to connect with others who are walking through the devotional and encourage one another as we share how God’s Word is shaping our everyday lives.
You’re invited to come to any or all of the gatherings. The setting is casual, and no preparation is needed—just come as you are and share as you’re comfortable. These gatherings will be hosted by a team of adult discipleship leaders who helped create the devotional. John Hall, Kim Pattianakotta, Chuck Allen, and Athena Grass look forward to welcoming you!

Our final Carry the Word gathering will be a dinner at VPC filled with joyful fellowship and round table conversation. Enjoy a mediterranean meal on us, with an option to contribute to dessert if you’d like. Please RSVP so we can accurately plan for catering. Note that the meal will include allergy friendly and vegetarian options.
