Next Gen Summer Intern (40 hours/week, 10 weeks)

Are you passionate about helping children and/or  youth grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and make a difference in their community? We’re looking for both Children’s and Youth Ministry Next Gen Summer Interns to join our team this summer!

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on ministry experience by joining and leading events, supporting weekly gatherings, and partnering with our volunteers and staff. You’ll have the opportunity to grow in leadership, deepen your walk with Christ, and discover your unique gifts for ministry—all while having a ton of fun!

Ideal candidate:

  • Loves Jesus and has a heart for children and/or youth

  • Energetic, dependable, and a team player

  • Ready to learn, serve, and step into new challenges

  • Available end of May through early August.

Managing Director (40 hours/week, full benefit package)

Are you a strategic leader with a heart for ministry? We are seeking a Managing Director to join our leadership team and help drive our mission forward. VPC is a vibrant, growing, flourishing church with a solid staff of 70—all who work hard to further the mission. This pivotal role will oversee the operational, financial, and administrative functions of the church, ensuring our vision is supported by strong systems and effective stewardship. Working closely with the Lead Pastor and Session, this senior level position will ensure that the church’s resources, infrastructure, and organizational practices effectively support its ministries and long-term vision.

We’re looking for someone with proven leadership experience, a passion for our church, and the ability to bring clarity, organization, and innovation to a dynamic ministry environment. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of faith and function—empowering teams, managing resources, and aligning operations with spiritual goals. Worship and Adult Discipleship Administrative Assistant (40 hours/week, full benefit package)

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a heart for ministry? Do you feel called to use your administrative gifts to support our vibrant and growing faith community? Vienna Presbyterian Church (VPC) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our Worship and Adult Discipleship team.
The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Associate Pastor for Worship and Adult Discipleship and other ministry leaders. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role behind the scenes, helping to ensure our worship services and adult educational programs run smoothly and effectively. Pay is $20/hr.

Childcare Provider

Join our team as a Childcare Provider! Caregivers support various VPC programs. Each child, birth through 5-years old is assigned in an age appropriate classroom where they engage in play, arts and crafts, and lesson centered on Jesus Christ.

Position Details:

  • 18 years or older
  • Part-time (Needed shifts: two Thursdays from 9:00-11:45am)
  • $20/hr
  • Must agree to a Criminal Background Check
  • Must complete VPC’s mandatory Sexual Abuse Prevention Training
  • CPR Training is required (provided by VPC)
