Traditional Music Director

VPC is seeking a Traditional Music Director to plan and oversee the music for all traditional worship services and traditional musical programs in the church.

Position Details:

• Part-time (variable hours, generally 15-20 hours per week), non-exempt, hourly, not eligible for benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in music or related field, plus 8 years of directing experience required.
• Proficiency in Planning Center or other worship planning software, and Finale notation software.
• Instrumental ensemble conducting experience desirable.

Assistant Facilities Manager

Join our staff as an Assistant Facilities Manager. Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, this position is responsible for planning and coordinating activities concerned with the maintenance of equipment, machinery, and physical plant of Vienna Presbyterian Church. The Assistant Facilities Manager supervises the custodial staff and volunteers in the upkeep and maintenance of VPC in the absence of the Facilities Manager.

Position Details:

• Full-time (benefits eligible), non-exempt, hourly, and the schedule involves some evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of five years of combined education and experience in building maintenance, with no fewer than two years of HVAC maintenance education/experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish required.

Childcare Provider

Join our team as a Childcare Provider! Caregivers support various VPC programs. Each child, birth through 5-years old is assigned in an age appropriate classroom where they engage in play, arts and crafts, and lesson centered on Jesus Christ.

Position Details:

• 18 years or older
• Part-time (Needed shifts are first & third Thursdays from 9:00-11:45am and Tuesdays from 9:15-11:15am)
• $20/hr
• Must agree to a Criminal Background Check
• Must complete VPC’s mandatory Sexual Abuse Prevention Training
• CPR Training is required (provided by VPC)
