Women Who Care Brunch

There is a resounding theme among women in our community – You care. You care to be in each other’s company, you care to learn from each other’s life and faith experiences, you care to encourage each other in Christ. Now we’re taking this care a step further: Join us for a unique brunch experience hosted in partnership between our missions, fellowship, and discipleship ministries. At this season’s brunch, we’ll be inspired to care about justice for women who are at risk. This event will be a mix and mingle environment with places to sit or stand as you eat, enjoy each other’s company, and explore a local mission’s ministry that is radically changing women’s lives in Christ’s name.

Childcare is provided for infants through children nine years of age. You can sign up for childcare when you register for the event.
Meet the Mission Partners:
Reset 180 works to prevent human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation in Northern Virginia, disrupt related networks, and restore those impacted. At the brunch, you can meet their staff, explore information at their display, hear a brief message about their ministry, and learn practical ways you can take action to help restore women’s lives.
The WAR Chest Jewelry Boutique from Women at Risk (WAR) International is a pop-up boutique that you can shop at during the brunch. At-risk and rescued women handcraft these beautiful pieces that come with story cards expressing the stories behind the art. With our collective purchases, we can make a difference helping sustain women in international safe houses. Even if you are not purchasing jewelry, you may still win a piece during the raffle! Every brunch attendee will receive a raffle ticket.
