Bags of Love now collaborates with Committee Helping Others (CHO) and local school food pantries to continue supporting those in need of food and other household items. Consider purchasing a few of the items listed or volunteer to help sort items the third Thursday of every month.
The Lamb Center is a daytime drop-in shelter for individuals experiencing homelessness in Fairfax. They provide a variety of services without cost to our guests, including breakfast, lunch, showers, laundry service, Bible studies, case management, AA meetings, a nurse practitioner clinic, a dental clinic, and much more. VPC contributes two meals per month for up to 150 guests. October Lunch November Breakfast
The Women’s Center has helped thousands of victims of domestic violence reclaim their lives through their Break the Cycle Program. This program provides critical care for victims with crisis intervention, counseling, legal assistance as well as education and advocacy. The women gather VPC for their monthly meeting and are provided with a delicious meal to enjoy thanks to our wonderful volunteers! Please consider contributing to December’s meal HERE.
