The Course at a Glance
The first session of each group will be an orientation meeting to get to know one-another, the course, and the materials (provided by VPC). There are eight lessons following that. Each lesson introduces a spiritual practice to try at home and questions to reflect on your experience. The time commitment for this group involves participation at the weekly meeting, and the time you choose to give to the at-home exercises.
