Erin and her family are new to VPC as of December 2025 and are excited to be part of such a vibrant and committed community. Erin is a long-time resident of Fairfax County and prior to joining VPC, she worked on international development for the Federal Government. In this capacity, she oversaw division operations and programming to advance civic participation and worked with nonprofit groups across Europe and Eurasia to strengthen their organizational resilience.

Erin has a bachelor’s in international relations from James Madison University, a master’s in international commerce and policy and a post graduate certification in conflict analysis and resolution from George Mason University. In her spare time, Erin loves to swim, write, and ferry her two kids to their various sporting and social activities.
