Amanda Zoe Vest is the Youth Choir Director. Outside of VPC, she is a professional opera singer. She loves getting to be on the other side of the podium conducting this wonderful choir. Her music degrees are from Pepperdine University and Westminster Choir College, but her high school diploma is from Northern Virginia’s own Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology! She was planning a career in science, but something else was planned for her: music was revealed to her as her gift and vocation. Her transition from budding biologist to professional musician was a watershed moment in her faith and life.  She is honored to have been able to follow God’s call into music and further into music ministry at VPC.
