Hypothermia Prevention Program

From January 29 to February 12, as part of Fairfax County’s Hypothermia Prevention Program, VPC will host up to 50 men and women who are experiencing homelessness. After two years of delivering remote meals, and last year’s limited interaction program, we are free to host as we have in the past – offering hospitality, friendship, delicious meals, prayers and serving as Christ’s hands and feet in the community! MANY hands are required to support the program, and we invite you to participate. There will be a variety of tasks, and there’s literally something for each of us to do – from writing encouraging notes to preparing and serving meals.
